Refunds/ Exchanges:  online orders

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, Lily & Mitchell are happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note by emailing us at info@lilyandmitchell.com.au within 28 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be unworn. 

Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return shipping charges are not refundable except for faulty items.

You are welcome to return your online purchase to our Mosman store. 

If you experience a manufacturing fault with your item, please contact us.

Warranty

All jewellery bought through Lily & Mitchell comes with a 6 month warranty, which covers manufacturing faults, but not damage caused by neglect or wear and tear. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us at info@lilyandmitchell.com.au or pop into the store with your jewellery.
